Technology Ethos
We are focused on supporting critical infrastructure
Our approach
Our approach is steered by our philosophy around building transparent, independent, OEM agnostic and scalable solutions.
At Proserv, and in conjunction with our partners, we aim to take a disruptive technology and innovate an accessible and marketable solution that brings an alternative methodology, and real gain to the sector.
Delivering technology that supports a sustainable future
Our value proposition is focused on reducing emissions by extending the life, and improving the operational efficiencies and reliability of critical infrastructure. Furthermore, our mission to extend the life and improve the reliability of energy assets has direct real-world environmental benefits.
We reduce our customers’ carbon footprints
We aim to reuse, refurbish and upgrade equipment wherever viable, lessening equipment disposal, waste and the manufacture of replacement components. Over a 25-year lifespan, employing our subsea control modules would lessen carbon emissions by 56%, the equivalent of 77 tonnes CO2, when a comparative assessment is made against generic standard industry subsea control modules* due to a reduction in the need for system overhauls and maintenance campaigns.
We extend the life of assets
Our solutions optimise the performance of equipment, helping to prevent hydrocarbon leaks and decreasing fluid and energy use.
We use intelligent solutions
By using digital technology, incorporating data analytics and predictive real-time monitoring, we can remotely support our clients, alleviating the need for travel and the exposure of personnel to on-site visits. Our intelligence insights allow more effective O&M while the improved visibility on the integrity and condition of assets enables better performance, sustained reliability and ultimately extended life of critical infrastructure.

Proserv unveils PhaseCatcher: A revolutionary multi-phase sampling system
Proserv, a global leader in controls technology, is proud to announce the launch of its groundbreaking PhaseCatcher Multi-Phase Sampling System. This innovative system addresses longstanding challenges in multiphase fluid sampling by ensuring the collection of sufficient individual phase volumes with unparalleled precision and safety.
The PhaseCatcher system incorporates patented technology that eliminates venting and the release of toxic fluids into the atmosphere, significantly enhancing operator safety and environmental compliance. By maintaining samples at flowline conditions, PhaseCatcher preserves the integrity of the sample’s chemistry, providing accurate data essential for calibrating multiphase flow meters without relying on potentially erroneous PVT modelling.
A key feature of the PhaseCatcher is the integration of Digital Guided Wave Radar Technology into Proserv’s piston sample cylinders. This advancement allows operators to verify that sufficient volumes of individual phases—oil, gas, and water—are collected during sampling. Additionally, the system enables sub-sampling of individual phases directly from the multiphase flowline, streamlining the sampling process and reducing manual handling.
