Proserv’s journey into the renewable energy space is a prime example of how evolution, not revolution, can drive the energy transition. By leveraging our deep expertise in oil and gas and building strategic partnerships, we have tackled a major challenge for the offshore wind industry: cable failures.

A problem that often leaves operators “blind” to the health of their systems has now found a solution in Proserv’s award-winning ECG™ high voltage holistic cable monitoring system. Developed in collaboration with industry giants like ScottishPower Renewables (SPR) and Equinor, the technology provides full visibility of cable terminations, sections, and ancillaries.

This innovative system has already been deployed on the world’s largest offshore wind farm under construction, Dogger Bank – marking a significant milestone for Proserv’s entry into the renewables market.

For Proserv, it’s not about revolution; it’s about evolving and bridging the gap between traditional energy sectors and the future of renewables. With continued support from partners and the backing of Innovate UK’s Smart Grant, they’re leading the charge in keeping offshore wind systems operational and cost-effective.
