Major Norwegian underwater technology association FFU – Forening for Fjernstyrt Undervannsteknologi has kindly featured Proserv on the front cover of its latest DYP Magazine. Our two-page thought leader was co-authored by several of our senior Norway based colleagues and subsea experts – our CTO, Tore Erntsen, General Manager, Trondheim Mirza Duvnjak and General Manager, Stavanger Rune Christian Godejord.

Their piece is entitled “It’s time to think differently” and focuses on the need for operators to adopt fresh approaches and methodologies around their subsea operations – in particular the inherent problem of unreliable and obsolete control system electronics. It’s time for new strategies and to “think outside the box”. Our unique and impactful augmented controls technology (ACT) is highlighted as are some thought-provoking facts, collated by Kimberlite International Oilfield Research.
